		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the detailed dsicussion of these ideas.  I don&#039;t think, however, that you are representing my position entirely fairly.  Uncertainty is actually the biggest reason to take action on this problem, rather than being an excuse for inaction.  The fundamental probelm is that (absent uncertainty, for the moment) the expected economic impacts of unconstrained AGW don&#039;t justify the costs of any major emissions reduction program that has yet been proposed.
